I do not bill insurance directly, which means you do not need a mental health diagnosis to receive services. This allows us to focus on your experiences, needs, and goals without needing to fit them into a diagnosis.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Superbills require a mental health diagnosis, and reimbursement depends on your individual plan. If you’re interested in receiving Superbills, please let me know during our first session.

Before beginning services, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of therapy. This is intended to help you understand potential costs and plan for your care.
